Technology integration:
Technology is extremely important in today’s classroom. Technology integration explains itself; it is simple integrating technology into classroom lessons. There are many reasons why this is so important in today’s schools. Keeping the students engaged and involved is becoming more and more difficult. When you use technology in a lesson it helps keep the kids on track, and paying attention. This then results in the children learning the material better. I heard a quote once stating: “lecturing is the fastest way to get information from teacher to student without reaching them at all.”
Incorporating technology keeps things fresh and new because there are so many different forms out there. This is also a great because children learn in all different ways. There is some sort of technology integration out there for every type of learner. With a little creativity from the teacher, the possibilities of technology integration are endless!
